Rodrigo Iturralde, Director of Latin American Project Development (La Paz, Bolivia), joined Natsource in March of 2003.  His responsibilities include working with developers of emission reduction projects to develop emissions assets.  Prior to joining Natsource, Mr. Iturralde was a project manager at International Utility Efficiency Partnerships, Inc. (IUEP).  He identified international energy, energy efficiency, and forestry project development opportunities in order to support voluntary market-based environmental mechanisms, including Joint Implementation and the Clean Development Mechanism, and to support emissions trading project investments and development activities.  He was also responsible for managing the International Climate Change Project Fund, a $1.25 million project finance development fund.  Mr. Iturralde has a BA in economics and marketing from Bryant College and is currently completing his MBA at the George Washington University.
