George Tung, Associate (New York), joined the transaction services operation in 2000 and has focused on SO2, NOx, greenhouse gas and REC markets.  In addition to his daily REC activities, Mr. Tung currently participates in regional working groups to develop REC tracking systems, including the Western Regional Energy Generation Information System (WREGIS), and the PJM Generation Attributes Tracking System (PJM-GATS).  Prior to his employment at Natsource, Mr. Tung was an intern at Transtec Services, an international bunker fuels broker, where he worked as a market analyst.  Mr. Tung has a B.A. in Marine Affairs from the University of Rhode Island and an M.S. in Transportation Management from the State University of New York, Maritime College.
