29 August 2006 — London, United Kingdom; Washington, DC; and New York, NY – August 29, 2006 – Natsource LLC, the world’s largest private sector greenhouse gas (GHG) asset manager, announced today that two of its entities will participate in a billion dollar greenhouse gas transaction making it the largest participant in the program.  Combined, Canadenis Acquisition Limited and Tamarisk Acquisition Corporation will purchase approximately 23 million Certified Emissions Reductions (CERs) expected to be delivered from the World Bank’s Umbrella Carbon Facility (UCF).
