Bill Tyndall, Managing Director, Natsource Asset Management LLC (New York), is responsible for assisting Natsource to develop private investment funds and other related opportunities in clean energy and technology.

Prior to joining Natsource, Mr. Tyndall served as Vice President for Corporate Development and Strategy at Cinergy Corp. one of the largest utilities in the U.S. In this capacity, he helped coordinate the merger between Cinergy and Duke Energy. He was also responsible for the company’s other acquisition and divestiture transactions. Prior to serving in this position, Mr. Tyndall served as Vice President for Environmental Services at Cinergy where he designed the company’s voluntary greenhouse gas reduction program. Mr. Tyndall has also held positions with the Energy and Commerce Committee in the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. He has an AB with honors from Stanford University and a JD from the University of California, Hastings College of Law. He is also a graduate of the Stanford University Business School “Stanford Executive Program” (Summer 2000).
