Jack D. Cogen, Founder and Chairman of Natsource LLC (New York), manages the company’s global business.  He serves as a member of Natsource Asset Management’s Greenhouse Gas Credit Aggregation Pool.  Prior to founding Natsource, Mr. Cogen created and managed the Commodities Group at Eurobrokers Capital Markets.  His group was the first over-the-counter natural gas derivatives broker in North America, and was the leading broker in natural gas until Mr. Cogen’s departure.  Mr. Cogen spent a number of years at the Chase Manhattan Bank, holding a variety of positions in risk management.  Mr. Cogen serves on the Board of the International Emissions Trading Association and was a Founding Officer of the Energy Brokers Association.  He has an MS degree in mathematics and an MBA in finance, both from New York University.
