9 January 2009 — Natsource contributed the article "Using Offset Systems to Stimulate Large-Scale GHG Reductions" to IETA's 2008 Greenhouse Gas Market Report.  The article discusses the role of offsets in reducing firms' and governments' costs of compliance with emission reductions under the Kyoto Protocol.  The article also looks at risks of offset projects and approaches to addressing various project risks.
